Great product to move bowls gently!! Its a total of 8 packs with 2 tea bags in each one.Will buy again.It says 3 month supply but it isn't. They sent 12 packets with 2 tea bags in each. That isn't the equivalent of a 3 month supply. Even if you use 1 tea bag a day.The taste is nasty but it certainly helps you to go to the bathroom not as much as I’d like. It’s only 5 packs so it’s not 10 tea bags
